Certificates Energy Efficiency / Πιστοποιητικά Ενεργειακής ΑπόδοσηςThe Energy Performance Certificate is a document that should accompany each property and it is it's energy identity. The notaries are obliged to attach the Energy Performance Certificate in every contract they compose. In any rental property, the registration number of the Energy Performance Certificate must be indicated in the lease, and the Tax Office it does not consider lease unless produced energy performance certificate, whose power is for 10 years, regardless of the number of leases or purchases and sales taking place during this time. |

The office also undertakes the timely update for the termination of Fire Safety Certificates and approving the environmental terms and the renewal of licenses, if and when required. |
